INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/2 low sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon garlic
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add chicken to bottom of crockpot
Combine all the above ingredients in a separate bowl and pour on top of chicken
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4
Serve over rice and enjoy!
