20 MINUTE STUFFED PEPPER CASSEROLE

I have a family of 4 and we always have left overs with this one!


INGREDIENTS:

1lb ground beef

1 bag frozen peppers and onions

1.5 cups rice

3 cups beef broth

3 tablespoons tomato paste

1 can diced tomatoes

2 tablespoons garlic

1 tablespoon brown gravy

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Wash rice. Return back to stove and pour 3 cups beef broth in pot. Start cooking rice while cooking meat mixture

  3. Brown beef. Once done, add garlic and frozen peppers. Cook till frozen peppers are done.

  4. Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes and brown gravy

  5. Once everything is done, add rice to meat mixture and stir to combine

  6. Add mixture to baking dish and bake in the oven for 5ish minutes till cheese is melted
